Hi guys
Simplicity is the key to how Analise writes her songs. With a guitar never too faraway she writes whenever and wherever – on the bus to school or simply in the backyard of her parent’s home in Lincoln, New Zealand.
Likewise her musical style is low-fi too – catchy enough to get you hooked but not complicated by too many layers of sound.
Despite only beginning to write lyrics and teaching herself to play guitar three years ago, Analise has already shared a stage with New Zealand music royalty like Tiki Taane, Hollie Smith and Dave Dobbyn.
She has performed at the majestic Isaac Theatre Royal as a showcase artist as well as at the newly restored Christchurch Town Hall.
Analise’s first single, Made in New Zealand, was produced by none other than Tiki Taane and dedicated to her fellow New Zealanders, inspired by her country’s beauty, strength and resilience.
Analise is donating her royalties to the Tourette’s Association New Zealand to support the work that her mum does as its director.
While her journey is only just beginning Analise is looking forward to recording her debut EP early in the New Year, travelling New Zealand over the summer and eventually recording her first album.
